LOVED the spacious new room with a nice terrace area. Staff was lovely. Wouldn't mind staying again. Photos don't do justice.

Location was prime, subway access a breeze. Rooms spacious and comfy, but sofa bed lacked charm. Crew was standout—Mimi's hospitality shone. Elevator wait a downside. Gym and lounge ace. A/C struggles with temp control. Tiny bathroom, but a highly recommended stay!

I stayed here 3 nights and loved it. The location was stunning, the room was cheap and brand-new. Absolutely courteous hotel staff at the reception desk.

The king mattress wasn't the most comfortable but it was decent, and having a pullout couch in the room was convenient for our son. The hotel staff were particularly helpful and accommodating, especially considering we had young children. The location was superb, and the 12th-floor lobby was a bright, spacious retreat. They even had a helpful help desk in the lobby which made our stay even more enjoyable. The close proximity to notable landmarks like Macy's, the Chrysler Building, and Central Park provided ample opportunities for family bonding and exploration. The amenities like the TV room provided a relaxing environment for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel was spotless, the room was well-appointed and the bed was extremely comfy. The American breakfast was savoury and quick, lots of options. The good service and attention to detail from highly courteous staff. Totally really nice experience.

The location of the hotel is top-notch, you're in the heart of everything! Staff are super friendly, no need to worry about getting lost around here. Check-in was a breeze, no hiccups at all, and cost-wise, you get a lot of bang for your buck. The gym was a peaceful retreat, and the view was a nice added touch. The only downside was the pricey breakfast, better to head to a nearby spot for a more budget-friendly meal. 🏨

I had a really really nice stay with breakfast included and loved the location, it was prime and close to the subway. The highlight was the great food.

We easily accessed iconic spots like Times Square, Central Park Zoo, and Radio City Music Hall. It made our family adventure in the city so much more convenient and enjoyable.

My wife says that the breakfast options for kids could have been more diverse.

Loved the stunning views and comfy amenities, super convenient for exploring Midtown. Staff were friendly and accommodating, unlike other hotels I've been to in the past. I thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation opportunities available, especially unwinding in the leisure room after a busy day of sightseeing. Unfortunately, some cleanliness issues were noticeable, but they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience; nothing a bit of extra scrubbing can't fix! 🌇

hotel is located in the business district in midtown East, it is ideally situated the subway is at the foot of the hotel and you can get to Times square in 10 minutes, as well as the airport La Guardia for our return, taxis go there continuously for a reasonable price. rooms are spacious, clean and modern, bathroom with Italian shower and massage jet is appreciable. We only paid 210 euros for the 2 nights instead of 660 euros, last minute offer that I did well to take advantage of, prices are back to full price the day after my reservation, saving of 450 euros that can't be refused. 4 star hotel for that price, nothing to complain about.

On the other hand, the neighborhood is a bit expensive, a supermarket is located below the hotel but prices are high in New York, compared to Los Angeles as a whole, there is no picture. New York is a very expensive city to eat and drink. Take a trip to a Walmart supermarket and you will see how much you will save.

I chose this hotel for attending a business mixer and was impressed by the bustling business atmosphere. The abundance of corporate lawyers and business professionals outside catching cabs at all hours created a professional and productive ambiance. The conference space and meeting room provided ample space for networking and discussions.

The one service that I missed for my work was access to a dedicated business center with printing and scanning facilities.

Excellent location and easy access to the subway. Several great food and beverage options in the neighborhood. the front desk team was very helpful and responsive. the room had a nice view and was quiet, which I enjoyed. the room also had a nice TV and the WiFi was very good.

The furniture in the room was old and worn, and the carpet was dirty. the AC was noisy and the bathroom utilities were outdated.

Hotel very well located in Manhattan, easily accessible by subway from Penn Station where we arrived. Very spacious room, quality bedding. Rooms upstairs with a nice view of the buildings.

Few facilities outside the rooms: no real bar or restaurant, which is a pity. Especially since the space was closed the night we arrived. There are few pleasant bars in this area, which would have been a plus. Also no real breakfast but a Starbucks franchise a bit expensive.

Unpleasant staff no smile from Calvin when we arrived we would have thought at the customs no sympathy or facilitations it's the factory clearly. Badly soundproofed room. Humidity smell in the room.

Rave about the square hamburgers at Bellini Restaurant and the fusion flavors at Gu Japanese Fusion Sushi and Bar. The staff is attentive, the location puts you in arm's reach of attractions, and the rooms offer a view that will leave you breathless.

Rates changed unexpectedly, leading to a pricey surprise. Rooms weren't cleaned daily, breakfast inclusion required daily proof, and email responses hit a snag.

Housekeeping does a great job, ensuring the rooms are clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the nearby attractions like Central Park and Rockefeller Center, which are just a short walk away.

One thing that could be improved is the breakfast situation. It's not a buffet style American breakfast, but more of a Starbucks lookalike system where you have to wait in a long line to place your order.

Plus, the hotel should consider improving the coffee in the rooms and offering Nespresso makers for an upgraded coffee experience. The hotel is perfectly located next to a chemist come grocery shop where you can get everything you need including alcohol! It is very close to major tourist attractions and very easy to get to from JFK on the subway. Despite being close to everything, it is situated off the beaten path, making it a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The room was clean and spacious with a view of Third Avenue.

Additionally, having a lounge on the top floor was a great bonus, as it provided a relaxing space for us to unwind and enjoy the view.

There were a few drawbacks that affected our experience. the room was too warm for our liking, and we couldn't find a way to cool it down to our preferred temperature.
